Why does dispatch take 2-5 working days?
Orders usually leave us within 2-5 working days. If a drop sells out, the product page will show that before checkout.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Email support@shsneakers.uk as soon as possible. If the run has not started we can amend or cancel. Once it has, you can still return the item under our returns policy.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. Because runs are small, a colour may not return in the same shade. Email us about a specific style and we will tell you whether it is scheduled again.
Sizing and materials
How do I choose a size?
See the size guide. For laces, choose the length closest to the pair you are replacing. If unsure, measure one lace from the shoe you wear most often.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Batches are dyed separately and screens vary. Small differences in tone are normal for online sneaker accessory retail and are not a fault. If a piece is clearly not as described, our returns policy covers it.
What fibres do you use?
See our materials. Each product page also lists the fibre for that style.

Worldwide, from the United Kingdom. £4.50 flat rate, free over £85.00.
Will I pay customs charges?
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country. Those are the recipient’s responsibility — we cannot calculate or refund them.

Returns
How long do I have?
28 days from delivery to change your mind, 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Full detail in the returns policy.
Care
Can I use the care kits on every sneaker?
See the care guide. Use care products only as described. Test on a hidden area first, especially on suede, nubuck, mesh, printed panels or delicate finishes.
