2. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). SH SNEAKERS LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on these prices. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy.
3. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract exists between us. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Accessory descriptions and compatibility
Colours, lace texture, sock shade and hardware tone may vary slightly between batches. Product pages describe the current accessory run. We do not claim compatibility with any third-party sneaker brand unless specifically stated. Dispatch takes 2-5 working days.
5. Availability and pricing errors
Product availability and pricing may change. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy and are not limited by these terms.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
